For the past eighty years 19th Street Missionary Baptist Church has been a pillar in the Austin community. I thank God for the Charter Members who had the vision to build this church, the former pastors who labored in God’s name and the Church family who have shared in our growth.

I thank God for each of you and pray for God’s continued blessings upon our church and the community.

Our church was founded on the principle that we as Christians should worship the almighty God, proclaim salvation, nurture immortal souls, and advance the cause of Jesus Christ at home and abroad.

We are a loving missionary Baptist Church whose purpose is to fulfill the challenge of worship, evangelism, discipleship, and ministry while making a positive impact on our community.
